How BlessedForex works

A setup is never “FVG detected → trade”. It is a sequence, and each step must be confirmed by rules you can read.

1 · Bias

Daily, H4 and H1 bias is built from transparent factors — swing structure, the latest break of structure, location in the dealing range, recent displacement, open fair value gaps and the close relative to the prior candle. Every factor and its score is stored and shown. There is no opaque confidence number.

2 · Liquidity and the sweep

Previous day/week highs and lows, session ranges, equal highs/lows and swing points are tracked as liquidity pools. A sweep needs price to trade beyond a level and then close back inside within a few candles. If price accepts beyond the level it was broken, not swept.

3 · Displacement

A strong, full-bodied candle relative to recent volatility: the body must exceed a multiple of ATR and fill most of the candle’s range.

4 · Market structure shift

After the sweep, price must close beyond the last meaningful swing against the prior short-term structure. A break without opposing prior structure is a continuation, not a shift.

5 · Fair value gap and entry

A three-candle gap formed by the move. The default entry is 50% of the gap (configurable). Fair value gaps are tracked from 0–100% mitigation and are never deleted.

6 · Stop, target and R:R

The stop sits beyond the sweep extreme plus a buffer. Targets are the nearest unswept opposing liquidity. If the minimum risk-to-reward is not achievable, the setup is rejected.

7 · Lifecycle

Setups move through WATCHING_LIQUIDITY → LIQUIDITY_SWEPT → WAITING_FOR_DISPLACEMENT → WAITING_FOR_MSS → WAITING_FOR_FVG → WAITING_FOR_RETRACE → SETUP_READY → ENTRY_TRIGGERED → TP/TARGET — or end as stopped out, invalidated or expired, with the exact reason recorded.
